OUR STORY

RASHAYS® is an Australian family owned and operated restaurant chain that began its journey in 1998 when owners Rami and Shannon Ykmour opened their very first restaurant in Liverpool, NSW.

It’s no secret that our RASHAYS® Chicken with Creamy Mushroom Sauce is a customer favourite, which is why it has been on the menu since day 1. With almost 40  locations across NSW, VIC and QLD, RASHAYS® is a family favourite that prides itself on amazing value, excellent service, premium locally-sourced produce and consistency across all our restaurants.
