RASHAYS® has been proudly Australian family owned and operated since 1998 when owners, Rami and Shannon, opened their very first restaurant in Liverpool, NSW. This is how the name came to be – a combination of the owners’ names!

It’s no secret that our RASHAYS® Chicken with creamy mushroom sauce is a customer favourite, which is why it has been on the menu since day 1!
