RASHAYS is excited to announce that you can NOW make a booking to dine at our restaurants.
We are limited to group bookings of a maximum of 20 guests. Dine-in is limited to a maximum of 2 hours for patrons. Each indoor or outdoor space will have its own waitstaff if possible. Staff are excluded from both the patron limit and the 4 square meter rule.
All venues have a COVID Safety Plan in place. Guest Guard’s are put in place in all our restaurants to ensure the safety of our guests, as well as creating an enjoyable dining experience. There is an increase in cleaning of high touch areas and restroom facilities. Venues are required to ask all patrons for their first name and phone number and record it along with the date and time they attended the venue. Details can be safely destroyed after 28 days.
The restrictions vary from state to state and are summarised as follows:
Venues in NSW no longer hold a limit of guests in our restaurants, however, guidelines of 1 person per 4 square meter rule applies. Alcohol can only be consumed by seated customers.
Venues in ACT can only hold a maximum of 100 guests per indoor or outdoor space. However, guidelines of 1 person per 4 square meters rule applies. Alcohol can be served without a meal, but patrons must be seated and in groups of no more than 10 people. Tables must be spaced in a way that ensures that patrons at different tables remain 1.5 meters apart. This could mean that tables are more than 1.5 meters apart.
Venues in QLD under 200 square metres can only seat 50 guests with the guidelines of 1 person per 2 square metres. A venue in QLD that is over 200 square meters holds no limit of guests, however, guidelines of 1 person per 4 square meters rule applies.
