Can I use 2 or more rewards cards to receive a further discount?
As per the membership terms and conditions, only one rewards card can be used per bill
To reset your password, visit the rewards page and select ‘forgot password’. Once you provide your information, the log in details will be emailed to you
To update any of your membership details, including contact information or a change of address, visit the rewards page.

All RASHAYS restaurants (excluding Punchbowl NSW and Broadmeadows VIC) are fully licensed and BYO is permitted.
Note, BYO only applies to wine. A $2 per person corkage fee applies
YES, you can definitely bring your own decorations to the restaurants, as long as they are minimal and are not offensive to other diners. Cakes are also permitted, however, there is a $1 per person cakeage fee
Yes! We have a party mud cake available for pre-order. It serves up to 20 guests and costs $75
Yes, excluding alcoholic beverages. Unfortunately, under law and policies, we cannot let any individual leave the premises with alcohol. We only serve you alcohol if you’re dining in

Yes, all restaurant locations are usually open on Public Holidays. Public Holiday trading hours will be listed on the website closer to the date
Yes, all restaurants have entry ramps and are wheelchair friendly.
Only a police dog, a dog that is an assistance animal being used bona fide by a person with a disability to assist the person, or a corrective services dog can be on the premises
Due to higher operating and overhead costs on Sundays and Public Holidays, there is a standard 10% surcharge. The surcharge only applies when dining in
