Becoming a member? Need the perfect gift? You can purchase these on our website and we ship directly to your doorstep. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about buying, shipping and delivery information.

What is my estimated delivery time?
We deliver nationwide with deliveries to metro areas taking 7-10 days and deliveries to regional areas around 2-3 weeks.

Would you like a faster, personalised gift experience?
Our RASHAYS branded eGift Cards can be sent via email within 48 hours of placing the order either to yourself or directly to the recipient. We confirm with you over the phone if you require a eGift Card.

How much am I paying?
Rewards memberships are $10 to purchase and a mobile number and email address must be provided to set this up. Gift cards can be purchased at any amount between $10-$500.

You will receive FREE standard shipping Australia wide. There are no shipping fees associated with purchasing a Gift Card or Rewards Membership. All costs are incurred by RASHAYS.

Do I get a confirmation email?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation summary of your order direct to your email.

How are my orders packaged?
Gift Cards are delivered with a special RASHAYS gift card sleeve, mailed using a standard shipping envelope. Rewards memberships are packaged with a welcome letter outlining all member information mailed using a standard shipping envelope.
*Buyers are responsible for entering their correct billing and shipping address and will be held liable for any misrepresentation of shipment information.

Terms & Conditions:
- Cannot be redeemed for Cash.
- Gift Cards cannot be reloaded
- Gift Cards cannot be used after the expiry date.
- Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
