Customer Service Support Consultants

Rashays is currently recruiting a casual service support consultants to work with our customer service call centre team. You will be responsible for providing a high level of service to customers by responding to undertaking the following tasks:
• Managing Rewards member database
• Bookings management system
• Processing takeaway orders
• Administration support to accounts & training department
• Marketing tasks
• Reception duties
• Own car and licence preferred - limited public transport
• Customer Service operates Monday to Sunday 9am to 8:30pm, we are open every day of the year.

Job Location - Chester Hill 2162 (West Sydney)
What we are looking for:
• Previous customer service experience in call centre, hospitality or retail highly regarded but not essential.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Attention to detail, accuracy and strong data entry skills
• Ability to prioritise and time management skills
• Self motivation and a team player
• Flexibility to shift focus and switch tasks to meet regulatory deadlines
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
